I am really sorry about this.
I assume you are using the website version of GEOexplorer rather than the R package?
If so, it is caused by an IT issue in our cloud environment that I have been chasing our admins about but they still haven't fixed it yet.
I will let you know as soon as they fix it, or I could help you set up a version that runs on your computer in the meantime.

I have worked out what should be a fairly easy way to get GEOexplorer working on your laptop.

hello I tried to use GEOexplorer to analyze GEO data: GSE192890. First, the “Error: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.” was shown in the “Apply log transformation to the data:” and the analysis was stopped at the “dataset information”. I attempted to rebuild GEOexplorer dataset following the “Tutorial”. I downloaded the data on GEO:"GSE192890_gene_fpkm.txt.gz", tried to convert the data, but when I upload the converted data, it showed error: "!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN" in "Upload CSV Gene Expression Count File". The dialog at the bottom right showed "Please ensure you have uploaded a file before clicking analyse." I'm very confused about this issue. I don't know if there is a problem with my computer or with the data uploaded by the author. Thank you very much for your help and look forward to your reply.
