Instead of open the app settings, opens the general phone settings by default

Hi, it's related to #32. Please test it on iOS 10, i don't have any device or disk space to download the version support for an emulator.

On iOS 9 still opens the desired setting (eg: Settings > Privacy > location).
For iOS 11.3 and up, just the phone General Settings page instead Settings > "Your App"
