picam-bullseye-fix #763

mjpg-streamer doesn't work anymore with the new picam stack on bullseye based images - using the old stack for now.

All in favor of merging this for now, as it will probably be a while until either mjpg-streamer or (more likely) ustreamer are adapted to the new libcamera stack, or we have another solution stable enough for general consumption.

Merged, it would be helpful if people confirm that this doesn't break something we didn't think about
