UbuntuDockerPi 0.3.0 RC1 Status

First release candidate for UbuntuDockerPi 0.3.0

Mostly an update of Ubuntu and docker.

Features:

• Uses Ubuntu 22.04 LTS aarch64 build
• Docker version 20.10.21, (Fixed for it to install latest https://github.com/guysoft/CustomPiOS/commit/085e2bfeb7933d8691af917bdc49354b4d8948a6)
• Issue to build was fixed thanks to Canonical: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flash-kernel/+bug/1955353/ (Thanks @waveform80, @juergh, @jawn-smith and @dbungert )

Supports RaspberryPi 3, 3B+, 3A+ and 4B.
