SATA sense patch #1

The openSUSE package includes an additional patch https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/utilities/hddtemp/hddtemp-0.3-beta15-sata-sense.patch?expand=1 (https://lkml.org/lkml/2006/12/19/131). The patch removes a SATA check.

A similar patch is already included in satacmd.c.
