CNCShield doesn't power up the arduino #89

This is a CNCShield design decision rather than a bug, but for MicroSpot is inconvenient because this make us rely on the phone to power up the arduino.

As tests with the OnePlus Two reveal, not every phone allows to output power over USB.

A connecting the Vin Pin directly to 12V could work, but it would stress the voltage converter of the board.

Transitioning to RAMPS will solve this, and many many other electronic issues

With the addition of Sparkfun's redboard, this is not an issue anymore.
