Merging.

Is it wcc386 you'd like to shut up? This file is really not suited for OpenWatcom since it's lacking so much Win-API stuff.

Unfortunately it is for 32-bit compiler. OW is not full WIN32-API but it can be improved. Anyway header files are there (OW 2.0).
