Could you give an example on how the filter does work? Cannot figure out how I could find incidents on specific regions for example.

You cannot select multiple regions (that would mean there would be too many messages to signal).

For the free entry fields, you can e.g. enter multiple cities by putting a semi-colon after each city name: amsterdam; haarlem
