Add a patern matching example for working with DB rows #132

This commit shows using pattern matching for working with rows returned from a database, and for signaling return conditions from a function call.

No linguistic issue, in my work we have "tracts" with are tessellated regions of the sky. I guess my brain and fingers are just too programmed to write a 't' when typing out the preceding characters :)
