What version of parallel are you using? If you add the option keeplast
, you get to see the do file parallel wrote submitting the bs command.
I reinstalled the newest version from Github (1.20.0 19mar2019) but get the same result. The level option is ignored in the final result. As you see, the results are identical, even if the level option differs. In the parallel log looks like this:

Expected behavior and actual behavior
I would like to generate 90% CIs when bootstrapping with parallel. Apparently, parallel bs ignores this option. Described what you expected to see and what you actually see
