Add synopsis to generated epubs #42

As mentioned in https://github.com/gvellut/jncep/issues/41 I tried adding this myself and think it might work.

However, I have no idea how to run the project in development so I couldn't test it. Maybe you could add some instructions on how to run this locally to the readme?

PS: Feel free to take this and extend / rewrite as you see fit as I am not really familiar with python :-)

Thank you for your patch. It looks fine at first glance. I have merged and will test later.

I will add a section in the Readme about running locally.
