MP3Frame: not a valid sampling rate #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i want to play a mono type sound
2. convert defineSound.soundType to TYPE_MONO
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i cant hear any sound

What version of the product are you using? What player environment did you test 
in? What version?
