403 Forbidden when trying to access /Home #44

https://genomespace-dev.genome.edu.au:8443/datamanager/v1.0/file/Home

returns 403 Forbidden when trying to log in.

Basic auth (https://genomespace-dev.genome.edu.au:8443/identityServer/basic) is returning a token.

Doing the request returns Access denied by S3

I fixed this but I don't know how, oops

This is a container name issue - if it's set to genomespace-prod in the env.properties it doesnt work. Setting it to genomespace-test-dev does work.
