DESeq2 and edgeR are present as separate tools and as a part of Differential_Count_models. There is also DESeq, an early version. Was it intentional?
OK, thanks to info from Jessica, that's what I've learnt: the tools use different inputs, e.g. table count for Differential_count models and BAM files for stand-along DESeq/DESeq2. Stand-alone edgeR uses different count matrices compared to edgeR in Differential_count models.
