GVL-4.00: NGS: Indel Analysis

All tools in 'NGS: Indel Analysis' are missing on GVL-3.05: NGS: Indel Analysis

• Filter Indels for SAM
• Indel Analysis Table for combining indel interval data
• Indel Analysis One tool (Indel Analysis) is used in Variant Detection Basic tutorial. I don't know who added the tools to GVL. I have not seen these tools on Galaxy-main. Maybe Andrew can shed light on these tools. I was unable to find the tools in the tool sheds.
  1. Copy script from galaxy-tut to gvl-mel test
  2. Test script by following basic variant tute
  3. If it works, add it to the build scripts

These tools were part of the old Galaxy built in tools. They were python scripts written by the galaxy team themselves. They are still on galaxy-tut and the required one can be manually added to our final image if we require (by copying it off galaxy-tut) and crossing our fingers that all of the python dependencies are still available.
