If user of launch.genome.edu.au doesn't enter a name for their new cluster, the page allows them to proceed and the launch process goes through "Requesting" and "Pending". It then hangs at "Booting" (presumably forever). There's no indication of what they did wrong. Probably this should be a required field for the user to be able to submit the launch form in the first place.
Also, I think that the instance is actually provisioned and shows as "Running" (i.e. appears problem-free) in the NeCTAR Dashboard. It's just that CloudMan can't finish setup. This means that the user's quota is tied up.
