Shovill SPAdes wrapper for better assemblies. Version 0.7.1.

Have bumped version to 0.8 to get around some bugs. Now requires extra conda package for some linux utilities. (procps). Delayed while waiting for conda-forge PR acceptance.

Conda-forge PR for procps now passes tests.. Waiting for merge. Then can rebuild new shovill conda package then galaxy code.
