Modularize Races and Classes #60

The current state of things is a clutter. Adding a new Race or Class is a process in editing like a dozen files with data spread throughout the application. Ideally Races and Classes should have virtually all of their info in one file. Adding or removing that file should gracefully remove that content piece.

[x] currently fails on making combo class on equipment step
[x] check special abilities table on combo class
[x] str: 9, int: 6, wis: 8, dex: 15, con: 10, cha: 12, human(barbarian disabled), gnome(barbarian enabled)
[ ] elf combo class should disable fighter or thief once one is selected
[ ] create characters of many types to sanity check
