(e.g. Lexis Nexis will be offline for maintenance from 12-2am)

With the latest commits https://github.com/gvsulib/library-Status/commit/a9cb520e385557c0c8aeca9ba56e7dd010023e9c you can now select a "Maintenance" option instead of an outage, which prompts you for an end time (still optional).
