Hi,
this Development Ticket concerns:
cycle number: 0
milestone: 0.01
implementation requested by ticket:

in real situations, the AudioSpread administrators will upload mp3 files
they have created through the Drupal page.

a)get a microphone / ipod or whatever to record stuff.
a) record files from people speaking, and/or take files from your computer/CDs.
b) have/transfer those files over to your computer
c) convert those files to mp3.
We don't want people to upload .wav files (much too heavy though they are
full quality) or files with a weird codec that Asterisk may not understand
(for example .wma). So make sure you always end up with .mp3 files ready to
be uploaded through Drupal.

You could install MediaCoder for those conversions:

if you don't know what conversion/encoding options to use inside
MediaEncoder, just take the default options for mp3.
