Chapter 1, Section 1.7 setup.cfg missing from repo #311

Hi,

Section 1.7 (Exercises) of Chapter 1 mentions:

The file setup.cfg in the root directory of this book’s GitHub repository has the settings we use for these tools.

But the GitHub repo doesn't have a setup.cfg. Can we please update this line to point to the correct file?

Thanks very much for catching this @koushikvikram - I switched from a mix of tools to ruff and use its default settings, so I no longer need a setup.cfg file. I'll update the text the next time I rebuild the book. cheers - @gvwilson
