make missing uses bin/get_sql_features.py to produce a list of SQL keywords used in examples, which is then compared against misc/sql_keywords.txt to see what hasn't been explained.
It appears that bin/get_sql_features.py doesn't report all keywords used, i.e., parsing isn't capturing everything.
This is probably due to incorrect use of @andialbrecht 's sqlparse module.
