Week 24: Implementing inter-program communication between C# and Java components #9

@twood02 @cctoombsThis week I was unable to get as much done as I wanted to and Shawn and I were unable to meet due to schedule conflict so I will try to do so next week to figure out the audio microphone source. I was, however, able to get the basis for the inter-program communication. With me being able to send messages between java and C# through the use of Named Pipes. I am also able to take information that's in my Java program, send it to my C# program and write it to a file from there. Next week I plan on getting the auto sound source selection working as well as start to put programs together to interface with the UI.
