Add option to ignore current application #599

Currently, Global menu not support many applications (qt, libbicycle-based
mozilla&open offices). So, to make globalmenu more usable i propose to add
option "Ignore current application". If selected, current application  will
be addet to GTK_MENUBAR_NO_MAC variable
