Simplify install instructions for Ubuntu #633

Please update the InstallingonUbuntu page to mention these easier steps:

# Open *System → Administration → Software Sources*
# Switch to the *Third Party Software* tab then click the *Add* button
# Type or copy-paste this: `ppa:globalmenu-team/ppa`
# Close the window. When asked to update the sources, agree.
# Open *Applications → Software Centre*, find *Global Menu* and install it.

I had to tell these instructions to a few newbies already, and it would be
really helpful to have it on the page itself. I believe that for those who
understand Command Line a link to Launchpad would be enough (it has all the
necessary instructions and links).

For your convenience I'm attaching an updated wiki page and a translation to
Russian (partial).

In the attached pages I wrote that it's for Lucid Lynx. Of course instructions
for older versions can be added, but newbies usually tend to use the latest
version, so I think that should be at the top.

Also, having more than one way to do a thing is good and all, but for people
who don't know how to install things it's just confusing.
