Windows management actions don't work anymore after turning off windows list #636

IMPORTANT: Before reporting an issue:

1. Make sure the issue has not been fixed in the
latest version:

2. Make sure to include the version of Global Menu you are using

3. Make also sure to use an up-to-date VALA version if you are compiling
the source from GIT.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tick off "Enabled window list" in preferences.
2. Try the "maximize", "close", etc.
3. None of them works anymore.

What is the expected output?
Working as usual.

What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.

What version of the Global Menu are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.9, 10.10 Maverick

What version of Vala are you using? (if your Global Menu is built from git)

Please provide any additional information below.
