yes it's not working for netbeans , jdownloader but it it works for the eclipse 
but both are java applications may be eclispe is using something different form 
netbeans & jdownloader ...

Netbeans and jdownloader are made with Swing (Standard GUI in Java).
Eclipse is based on SWT (Native GUI generally bind with gtk in Java).
