show menu for the top most window #645

Hi, I'm using version 0.7.9

I remember in some previous version you can choice to show the menu for the 
topmost window instead of the active one. As I set the option to activate 
window on mouse over, I have to keep off all windows among the one I'm using 
and the panel to avoid activate one of them and lose the menu I'm trying to 
reach. Can you re-enable that nice option? :-)
