Main Menubar integration broken #647

gnome-globalmenu 0.7.10
Ubuntu 10.10 x86 (Installed from ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8)
Arch Linux x86_64 (Installed from AUR: 
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=23797 ; vala 0.10.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable /apps/gnome_settings_daemon/gtk-modules/globalmenu-gnome-panel in 
gconf.
2. Add Main Menubar applet to gnome-panel (if it isn't there already).

What is the expected output?
Application menu bar integrated with gnome menu bar. No menu bar inside 
application window.

What do you see instead?
Global menu in gnome-panel is functional, but menus inside application window 
are still there.
