A suggest: display a more useful menu when desktop is currently active #653

Hey, when the desktop is currently active, the globalmenu displays the menu of nautilus, there is nothing wrong. However, it seems useless because we use the menu rarely when desktop is active.
If globalmenu displays a group of useful menus, it will make users more convenient :)

It isn't really useless. The Desktop menu allows me to use some shortcuts, e.g.
Alt-d-t to open a terminal or Alt-d-o to create a new folder. I prefer to use
the keyboard for such actions.

What do you recognize as »useful menus«? What should appear here instead?
