Window management actions do not work without window list #663

gnome-applet-globalmenu 0.7.9 on linux mint 10

In switcher:
Enable window management actions
Disable window list
The window management action menu opens, but they don't seem to work. Instead, 
nothing happens.

0.7.x is deprecated with the GNOME 3 branch 0.9.x
