Added my WvW arcdps to approved addons #23

Know thy enemy is a small addon for WvW that will count enemies that your squad hits or your squad is hit by.

@typedeck0 Your PR is breaking the addon manager so I've had to revert it. I can't see what's wrong and cannot test locally as I don't have GW2 installed, so you'll have to try to figure out what's wrong before it's pulled again.

Because Github is dumb, you'll have to make a new PR for that, sorry.
