Updated GW2Radial URLs and descriptions. #3

when the new release on the repo is no longer set to prerelease, I'll merge - currently the 'latest' release is the skyscale update from May 2019 and isn't compatible with the loader, so if I merge now it'll try to use that one and cause radial to not work for people.

Has this been resolved else where? Is the current release of GW2Radial being used by the GW2 addon manager?
