GW2-64.exe Error

Describe the bug Tried installing Addon and have been running into an error where it says that the CoherentUI64.dll is crashing.

To Reproduce 1) install GW2 (uninstalled just incase it was b/c I already had Arc DPS installed) 2) Close GW2 client 3) Make sure I have latest C++ installed & .net framework 4) Download latest version of GW2-Addon-Manager & unzip to downloads folder. (Ive also tried to download it to the 5) Select addon Arc DPS 6) Close Addon manager and run GW2 program 7) Error box pops up saying that there is " A serious error has occurred that prevents the program from continuing to run. You can help us prevent this error from occurring in the future by reporting it to AreaNet. Please press the Send button to report this error."

Additional context List of things Ive tried/checked:

• Checked that I have latest C++ installed
• Checked that I have .net framwork installed
• Unzipped the latest stable version 1.3.0 (& alpha) to a desktop folder
• Unzipped the latest stable version 1.3.0 (& alpha) to a folder within program files (& ran the addon program as admin)
• Tried deleting CoherentUI64.dll file in %Appdata% folder (same result)
• Tried deleting local.dat file in %appdata%/Guild Wars 2/ folder (same result)
• Tried the install from a folder within C:\Program Files\GW2Addon & run as admin
• Tried installing from desktop folder (no admin needed)

Also, I cant upload the config file since its not supported by github. Ive added a screenshot and added the text below

Was the game still downloading when the error occurred? If so, could you try again when the game is fully downloaded?

Ive uninstalled and re-installed and have gotten the same issue. Made sure download was at 100%
