Missing mount skins in `/v2/mounts/skins/` #65

Current Behavior

When querying the endpoint /v2/mounts/skins, only skins up to ID 528 "Super Sophisticated Turtle Skin" appear.

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior is that more recent mounts would be available on this endpoint, such as Astral Ward Feathered Raptor, or Plush Vulpine Jackal.

Steps To Reproduce

Query /v2/mounts/skins?ids=all to see that many skins added this year are not listed.

Happening since

Seemingly since April, when the SAB Turtle was added.

Anything else?
