`/v2/mounts/skins`: Missing mount skins #65

Current Behavior

When querying the endpoint /v2/mounts/skins some mount skins are missing.

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior is that all mount skins be available on this endpoint , such as Astral Ward Feathered Raptor, or Plush Vulpine Jackal.

Currently missing:

Steps To Reproduce

Query /v2/mounts/skins?ids=all to see that the skins listed above are missing.

Happening since

Seemingly since April, when the SAB Turtle was added.

Anything else?

The mount skins mentioned in the initial issue (Astral Ward Feathered Raptor and Plush Vulpine Jackal) seem to be available by now, but the wiki lists some more that are missing in the API on https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Template:Mount_unlock_list. I've updated the list in the issue description.

Most missing skins where whitelisted recently. I've updated the list of missing skins in the issue description.
