The API reports PlayForFree for accounts that have been that status once in their lifetime (so all accounts created after it was introduced, but non before).
The API does not report HeartOfThorns for accounts that have upgraded since PoF includes HoT.
Expected Behavior
It would be more intuitive to all accounts have the PlayForFree flag.
It would be more intuitive for accounts to have the flag that have access to the expansion content, regardless of how it was acquired.
