Missing Internationalisation

As discussed, here is a list of strings that are not yet translated.

Most of them are not internationalized yet. But some of them already are and as far as I can see are also localized (at least for German) but still show up in English. E.g. all navigation items for the account overview. Don't know what's going on there.
