GLEW_LIBRARY not found even glew is installed #2516

should have changed this CMake Macro in file osgearth/CMakeModules/OsgEarthMacroUtils.cmake: GLEW_LIBRARY to GLEW::GLEW cause new version of cmake does not recognize it
