Odd bugged state #10

Hi. Sometimes Eithermouse goes into this bugged state where the left click won't register until I right click first. Clicking icons on the taskbar, buttons, nothing will work, until I do a right-click somewhere first. This is especially annoying because I also use a wacom tablet for work, so when this happens I have to let go of my tablet and reach for my mouse to fix it.

I have no clue what additional information I could give to help track down the issue, as it's pretty strange. But if you have any ideas, I'd be glad to help diagnose this. I'm also curious if others have experienced this issue. I figure I can't be the only one.

Don't know if it matters, but I'm on W11, and my tablet is a Wacom Intuos Pro M. Mice are a Corsair someting (left), and a Kensington Expert trackball (right).

Odd indeed... There shouldn't be any reason for this but admittedly you have some unique hardware that I haven't tested. One "caveat" in the way EitherMouse actually works is that the very first action on a newly used mouse will actually be attributed to the last mouse in use, so using its settings. EitherMouse seems like it is detecting in real time because a normal mouse will almost always be moved a little before a click is used, so the settings will be swapped in time.

If you disable any mouse drivers/manufacturer's software, does the problem persist?

There is also an "advanced setting" called "Ignore Zero Device", try toggling that...

Hm, I didn't install Corsair's iCue cause it seemed like a bunch of bloatware, and nothing for the kensington mouse either. So I dunno if there's anything to uninstall.

I tried toggling the zero device option to off. Will see if it makes a difference.

I appreciate the reply!
