Add the versioning page to a few workflows whihc did not save the information
This is a fix to add version information
This change affects the bank generation workflows
This change follows style guidelines (See e.g. PEP8), has been proposed using the contribution guidelines

Add the make_versioning_page to the psd_estimation, sbank and uberbank workflows
Will run the appropriate workflows next, just getting this PR in first
