Don't distribute files generated by cython #31

This PR updates the MANIFEST.in distribution list to exclude the file(s) that is (are) generated by cython. Downstream package builders should regenerate them on-the-fly anyway.

@spxiwh, I think this should address Steffen's debian build issues.

Thanks @duncanmmacleod I'm just going to approve any changes for the debian packaging stuff and remain happily ignorant about how it all works.
