Shift modifier won't work for any command. #60

I recently installed reaper-keys and every default keybind worked as expected except for keybinds the use the shift modifier. Instead they will activate the unmodified key press. So instead of 'W' it would just activate 'w.' I also had an issue for a few of the Alt modifiers, but not all of them. Most I just switched to the CTRL key. Any ideas on what could be the issue?

This issue was closed by the previous two. The issue is with the latest versions of Reaper. So the keys with capital letters must manually be remapped.
