Back-merge to original sql-formatter #1

Hey there!

I'm the original maintainer of the sql-formatter library, and sadly I've been neglecting this lib for several years now. I'm pleased to discover that you have done some very nice maintenance of this code. It's totally unfair that this fork has only one star in github though :(

I'm not sure how actively you're maintaining this fork of yours, or how interested you are in maintaining of it.

My plan is to merge all these changes from you and kufii back to the original repository and publish it in under the original sql-formatter npm package name. At the very least, all the people who seem to constantly bump into sql-formatter, will get a more up-to-date experience.

Thoughts?

I have now merged this all: https://github.com/zeroturnaround/sql-formatter/pull/115

And released as 3.1.0
