Party related widgets that extend SnapsToPartyWindow aren't working occasionally for some players #1209

Here you go, this is what I mean. It happened during the first run actually but it showed 5 instead of 2. [17:42]Pneuma: image

[17:44]Jon [SNOW]: and it was like that as soon as you zoned in? [17:44]Pneuma: Yes [17:44]Pneuma: Usually it only shows 2 people when it does it. It's still recording the dmg. If i had taken a screenshot later on you would see that everyone's shown damage does not add to 100%. [17:45]Jon [SNOW]: can you turn on "skill monitor" in widgets and see if that works for those players? [17:45]Pneuma: ok ill have to check when it does it next time [17:46]Pneuma: i forgot to turn it on, I wanted to see that also [18:01]Pneuma: image [18:02]Pneuma: This time the bars didn't load for anybody. And the skill monitor is not working at the same time either. [18:02]Jon [SNOW]: ok thanks [18:03]Pneuma: Toggling dmg and skill monitor on and off does nothing. Only fix is to close it and reopen it. [18:06]Pneuma: image [18:07]Pneuma: Two people went out of range so they were grey on party list, then they came back and both turned on automatically at the same time. [18:10]Jon [SNOW]: that might help, thanks

Check logic in SnapsToPartyWindow that would mean that some entries in the party list aren't recognised; players should always have an agent id and they're on the compass so its not that
