Create local devenvironment with docker-compose/influxdb/grafana/iofs #1

A lot of documentation. Sadly, since we use Influx1.x, it won't create a default database although the environment variable is set. It also gets harder to create a sample database automatically since we use a docker configured volume (which makes pruning easier).

But it works! And it gives everyone a good overview on how to start monitoring stuff with iofs

PS: Besides the comment at the top, the influx conf is the default one genereated by influxd

Kannst du die influxdb config noch auf das reduzieren, was tatsächlich nötig ist? Einige Sachen sind ja (zurecht) disabled, haben aber trotzdem optionen.
