Unexpectedly Quitting after Wrong Password #822

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

If an archive has a password and I enter it wrong, it tells me:

"There was a problem reading the contents of the file "filename": Error on
decrunching"

I have also seen a message that tells me something to the effect of something
being wrong with the archive. I believe the wording was something about the
archive being incomplete. This is obviously not true, though, because when I
enter the correct password, it works fine.

At this point, if I click "Continue" the program crashes and I get the Mac OS
error telling me that the program "quit unexpectedly." If I click "Stop," the
program simply quits.

If the password is wrong, it should probably say something like "Wrong
Password. Please re-enter" and give me the opportunity to do so.

It is unfortunately impossible to tell if a password is correct or not for many
archives.

Do you have an archive that show the crashing when entering the wrong password,
though?
