Notification of limited functionality on Safari #153

It would be great if a warning would be displayed in case users try to upload shape files or geoJSON using the Safari browser.

Something along the following lines:

Please be aware that geometry file upload (shapefile and geojson) are not supported under Safari. Please use any other browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
