I looked into this - it's because the PDC-provided XML are populating the wrong fields. This needs to be fixed from the PDC end.
Note if PDC choose to sort this out, they may not be able to provide contact for each data provider, as currently the metadata information that I am ingesting in PDC do not have all the details Julie listed ( email record is not always ingested, PDC metadata template do not include phone # and website). There is generic contact for GWF that on the PDC metadata record; this seems to be automatically generated from the info I provided when I initially set up the account with PDC.
