Change sidebars and detailed display of records

Currently, interface looks like:

Changes to try -

1. make leftmost sidebar sizeable and collapsable.
2. instead of detailed records view expanding into another sidebar, let's put the detailed record view into the box ("Global Navigation...") in the left sidebar directly. i.e., something like an accordian card: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/components/collapse/
