Update sonar and travis integrations #3

The GWHS robotics repo has integrations with sonar and travis to ensure code compilation and quality checks. Migrate those to this repo, where possible.

If there are credentials to access those accounts and such, ensure those values are shared with @jhajel

I guess that Daphne used their shared gwhs github account for travis and sonarqube logins.
